Ashley and Jessica Simpson have teamed up to launch a tween clothing line under the Jessica Simpson Collection label. The collection, which will hit stores in the fall, will include sportswear, denim and activewear fit for the fashion-conscious tween, according to People. The sisters will each act as co-creative director of the line.Jessica told Women’s Wear Daily of the line, “Creating a tween apparel collection was a natural extension for the brand. I’m excited to bring my sister, Ashlee, along as co-creative director of this division, because she brings a savvy rocker edge that defines today’s tweens.†Ashlee added, “My goal as co-creative director will be to design clothes that will help inspire young girls to express their personalities and creativity through fashion.†. The Jessica Simpson Collection is already worth a huge amount of money. According to NY Mag, the Collection’s total sales in 2010 were $750 million.
